SERVICES

Planning & Building Control – Subject to each Local Authority area, we can offer advice and guidance and are happy to work to full plans applications, your own drawings/ideas and liaise with inspectors for clients on a building notice.

Ground works – Either separately or as part of an extension, we handle all our own drainage, foundations and over site. In the event that piling or soil reports are required, we assume project responsibility throughout for your peace of mind. 

We are our own team of British bricklayers, 1st & 2nd fix carpenters & plasterers. We do not sub contract out to any foreign labor.

Plumbing/Gas/Electrical – We use a choice team of professionals, all work undertaken is either Gas Safe or Part P Certified.

We can quote for 2nd and 3rd fix work as it arises, for example kitchen and bathroom installations including tiling, decoration and specialist items.

We also construct driveways, outbuildings, landscaping & any number of additional alterations that may be required as part of major building works.
